….. to the saddle overlooking the next valley.  That is Snowshoe Mountain behind – so called because the first time I climbed it I was on snowshoes.

Snowshoe Mountain with SamIt was gorgeous up there.  Perfect temperature and hardly any bugs.  It was a great shame that we had to turn round and go home.
