Bella Coola Valley Part Two

I was down in the Bella Coola Valley for 5 days.  Most of the time it rained.

Courbold's cabinKatie and Dennis’s property at Stuie houses four cabins drowned in trees.

red huckleberry and thimbleberryThe forest here is very different from that around Ginty Creek.  Huge firs, cedars and hemlocks dominate.

The sun poked through occasionally.  One morning I was lucky enough to catch the sunrise light on Mt Supendous as it appeared briefly among the clouds.
